So if you know me at all, you know I am "list-maker." I am proud to say that every thing just flows a lot better and you get a whole heck more accomplished if you take 5 minutes a day to plan your day. As we were all convening at the lake Friday night, everyone was concerened that their specific activity they were looking forward to most wasn't going to fit in... so I made this and am proud to say the ENTIRE family (minus Uncle Herb because he was too busy mowing and edging and planting every inch of the yard) partook in the awesome day and we ACCOMPLISHED EVERYTHING!
This was the first year we incorporated "Easter Games" into the day but it turned out the be a HUGE hit especially for the adults!
I don't think Julie was trying to catch that egg and this is what happened when my ultra competitive son dropped his egg, soon after this picture, I had to put down the camera and escort him inside for him to regain composure.
Carter racing against Grandpa in the 1st ever spoon race!
Aunt Erin won the event!
Then it was Pinata time!
The pinata was so strong, Grandpa had to come in and take it out!
What a fun weekend we had all together!
