Brown Side Cousin Time

We were so thankful for the invitation to stay at one of Blake's best friend's from high school's beautiful home for the weekend. Since they have a older boy and girl, Carter and Addie were in new toy heaven and we finally allowed them 5 minutes on this incredible toy. The funniest part was the problem Carter had with relinquishing control when it was Addie's turn to drive....

And of course, Addie and Cali (14 weeks old.) The next time Addie sees Cali, Cali may weigh more than Addie, so we tried to give her as much time "holding her" as possible! :)

PaPa Lance and Karen's Wedding

Over the July 4th holiday weekend, Blake's dad, Lance got married to Karen. It was a sweet ceremony filled with all their families surrounding them. Karen has 5 children (1 is in basic training and unable to be there.) Karen is extremely close to her children and you can easily tell what a wonderful mom she is.

We all made it in to support Lance and Karen and their new life together.

The new "Brady Brunch" family complete with 8 kids and within 10 minutes, Karen became a grandma to 7 grand babies...

Pizza and Friends

We were invited to enjoy the beautiful weather outside this weekend with some fun friends and as soon as we found out Miss Ella was going to be there, we jumped at the opportunity to dress the girls in yet another of their unworn matching outfits. This has to be around 15th matching outfits they have just this summer. We LOVE it and now have officially made Wednesday's matching days for them. I now... we are silly but loving every second and picture of it!!!

And don't worry, Carter wasn't left out... his best friend was there as well!

Guadalupe State Park

The Perkins had the best idea, super last minute last night, about heading to a place I can't belive we have never been to before. It was a mere 26 minutes from our front door and one of the best day outings we have ever had! Thanks M&M for the invite and great idea! I know Megan has tons more pics that I can't wait to see. Carter was in ROCK HEAVEN here and O YES... one more thing... we DIDN'T EVEN PLAN ON GIRLS MATCHING and somehow it ended up happening on its own!!! Too funny. :)
